PDA is currently planning its 63rd Annual Meeting, scheduled for August 10-14, 2011 at theCoeur d'Alene Resort in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
The Annual Meeting includes plenary sessions with both practical and cutting-edge talks on a wide range of medical and surgical dermatologic topics. In addition, the popular Clinicopathologic Conference (CPC) features presentation and discussion of the latest clinical case studies in the field of dermatology.
The last Annual Meeting attracted over 225 attendees from around the US and abroad to Pasadena, CA for four days of top-level educational programming. Members receive significant registration discounts to the Annual Meeting (from $100 - $250).

All social activities and special events are open to physicians who are registered for the meeting and their spouse/guest. Advance registration is required for all special events where noted, however,a minimal number of tickets may be available on site.

Spokane rafting is one of the most exciting activities you can do in the area. Whitewater rafting the Spokane River will provide thrills and fantastic scenery. Our experienced guides will river raft you through up to class III rapids on the Spokane River. During your Spokane rafting trip you will float through Riverside State Park and raft through the famous Bowl and Pitcher and whitewater raft your way through the Devil's Toe Nail! Make your day special with a fun 4 hours of adventure and whitewater through the lower Spokane River gorge. Transportation is provided. Registration Required! Limited to the first 40 registrants. |
PDA Kids Camp will be offered at the 63rd Annual Meeting. The Coeur d'Alene Resort will be providing the Kids Camp and children ages 5 to 13 years old are welcome to participate. The PDA will be subsidizing the cost of participation. Registration is only $100 per child and covers all 4 days!

Registration for members, non-members, residents and office staff entitle admittance to all exhibits and social activities. The spouse/guest registration entitles admittance to the social activities and the exhibit hall. Tickets are required for the President’s Dinner and all Special Events & Activities. Indicate the number of tickets you desire on the registration form and include the fee in your check or credit card payment. Advance registration is required in order for badges and tickets to social activities to be available at the time of arrival. A limited number of social activities will be available to those who register on-site. There will be no provision for partial registration or refunds for social activities not attended.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Registration fees, less a $25 administration fee, will be refunded following the meeting upon written notice of cancellation to the PDA headquarters office. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, cancellation notice must be received in writing no later than Thursday, July 7, 2011. There will be no refund of fees for cancellation received after that date or for lack of attendance without notification.

ACCREDIATION STATEMENT
The PDA anticipates offering this course for 15-20 hours of CME Credit.
DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
In keeping with the rules of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, conflict of interest disclosure is required of all faculty and other participants in the Annual Meeting. Speakers from the audience are also required to indicate any relevant conflict of interest during discussion of a given topic.
EVALUATIONS
Attendees will receive evaluation forms for all the sessions at the meeting. Please fill out the forms completely and deposit them in the collection box at the registration desk.
AIRPORT INFORMATION
The Coeur d'Alene Resort is located 40 minutes east of the Spokane International Airport (GEG). Spokane International Airport has nearly 125 flights per day and is served by the following carriers: Alaska, American West, Delta, Horizon, Northwest, Skywest, Southwest and United. TRAVEL INFORMATION
Recommended transportation from the airport to the resort is via scheduled shuttle with the Coeur d'Alene Resort. The cost is $59 round trip (adult) and $10 per child (ages 1-11). Attendees can schedule their shuttle pickup when making their hotel reservations or by calling the Resort's transportation department directlry at (800) 688-5253 x7133. It is recommended that attendees re-confirm their flight arrival and pickup time with the transportation department no later that 7-10 days prior to the meeting and also contact them if any of your flight details change.
Car rental is also available at the Spokane International Airport. Please note that taxi service is available from the airport but is approximately $100.
